PlayMore Couture is proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders. If you have any shipping questions or concerns, please contact sales@playmorecouture.com or call 1-786-566-8323.

PlayMore Couture products are shipped for free via UPS Ground. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed, packed, and picked up by the carrier, shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days depending on your zip code. (Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.)

PlayMore Couture highly recommends that all shipping information be entered as thoroughly and accurately as possible. In addition to basic information such as name and street addresses, it is critical that customers include information such as apartment number, university or company name, dorm numbers, campus mailbox numbers, etc. In the event a purchase is made for someone else or as a gift, etc., PlayMore Couture highly recommends that the name provided for shipping match the actual recipient of the product. (For example, “In Care Of: Jane Doe”) PlayMore Couture is not responsible for any additional charges as a result of incomplete/incorrect information, or if package reshipping or retrieval is necessary.

 

SHIPPING FAQ

  • Does my order qualify for free shipping?
    • Yes! All orders from PlayMore Couture receive free shipping. There is no minimum purchase necessary.
  • Where can I find my order confirmation and shipping information?
    • As long as you entered a valid email address, once your order is processed you will receive and email from PlayMore Couture to confirm your purchase. You will then receive a second email once your product has shipped, which can be tracked by going to your account page and reviewing your listed purchases.
    • Tracking information is provided via email as long as the customer provided a valid email address.
  • Do you offer other shipping methods or overnight shipping?
    • Because PlayMore Couture is dedicated to proving high-quality products at the best prices possible, we currently only offer Standard UPS Ground Shipping. However, shipping on all PlayMore Couture orders is completely free, making your shopping experience as simple and convenient as possible.
  • What if I am unable to locate my delivered package?
    • PlayMore Couture must be contacted immediately if a delivered package cannot be located. Because customers are provided with all shipping and tracking information, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform PlayMore Couture of any issues.
    • PlayMore Couture cannot take responsibility for failures caused by events beyond our control, such as customer/recipient unavailability, incorrect or incomplete addresses, etc.
    • In the event a mechanical delay, weather delay, natural disaster, major shipping holidays, or some other issue that interrupts normal processing and shipping, PlayMore Couture and our carriers will resume business as soon as possible. Although PlayMore Couture will always work with customers to produce the best experience possible, we cannot be held liable for these delays or any issues that arise as a result.
    • Please keep in mind that UPS will not leave your shipment unless they feel the area is secure. Additionally, if the value of the package exceeds a certain amount, a customer signature might be required. In the event the customer is unavailable when UPS attempts delivery, subsequent attempts will be made, or the customer can contact UPS to set up alternative arrangements at their convenience.
  • What if I entered my shipping information wrong?
    • PlayMore Couture and PayPal offer customers the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing their order online. Even after an order is placed, shipping information can be edited up until the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, there is very little PlayMore Couture can do, although we will work with customers and carriers to find the best solution possible.
