Can I process my return online?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-786-566-8323 and we will promptly send you a shipping label and precise instruction on how to return your product.
- Print confirmation page.
- Pack items including the return paperwork.
- Ship back to PlayMore Couture for processing at the address listed on the paperwork.
Do you take everything back?
We’ll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return.
- PlayMore Couture does not accept returns of underwear for any reason.
- Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
In addition, PlayMore Couture does not accept returns of:
- Items that have been worn.
- Items that have been subjected to destructive conditions.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Items with tags removed.
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Sale or Clearance Items. This means you cannot return a clearance item due to dislike, quality, sizing, or color. It is a final sale. The above items that are not eligible for returns will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Returning (U.S. and International)
Complete the online return process by contacting email@example.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees to PlayMore Couture.
If you selected Refund, we will credit your account within 3 business days of receipt of return products. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Most refunds post on your account within 2-5 business days.
If you selected Exchange, you will be able to exchange for the same item in a different size or color. You cannot exchange for a different item, but you can select store credit or refund to purchase a new item. We will exchange and ship your new item within 3 business days of receipt of return products. We will ship the replacement item via our flat rate methods.
If you selected Store Credit, we will email you a store credit gift card within 3 business days of receipt of return products. The gift card is ready for immediate use and does not expire. Store credit will not be available until your return is processed. Store credit cannot be applied to an existing order and must be used at the time of purchase.– What is the Halloween Return Policy?
Halloween Costumes and accessories can be returned for store credit only when purchased between September 1st to Nov 1st.– What is the Christmas Return Policy?
Returns of Christmas themed items purchased between November 21st and December 31st (of each year) must be postmarked by January 7th (of the following year) to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returns of Christmas themed items not postmarked by January 7th will be eligible for PlayMore Couture store credit only. The items must be in their original unworn condition with original packaging. Please email PlayMore Couture at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-305-791-4320 for return instructions or your package will be refused upon delivery. Please see PlayMore Couture’s Return and Exchange policies listed above and below for additional terms and conditions.
– Can I return items in an order I already did an exchange or return on?
You can exchange or return multiple items on an order but you cannot make multiple exchanges in the same order. We can only allow one return per order. You cannot make repeated returns on the same order.
– Can I return only a portion of an item set?
No, all items have to be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging.
– How long does it take to process my Return or Exchange?
Returns and exchanges are generally processed by PlayMore Couture within 3 business days of receipt. Please note, during seasonally high volume periods (such as Halloween Christmas, and Valentine’s Day) it can take up to 15 days to process a customer return.
– How will I know PlayMore Couture received my return or exchange?
PlayMore Couture will email you when your exchange or return has been processed. The email is sent to the email address on the order.
– Do I have to pay for the shipping cost for my new exchanged item from PlayMore Couture?
No, PlayMore Couture will ship your newly exchanged item free of charge. The items will be shipped via UPS Ground (2 -5 business days).
– Why was my return package refused by PlayMore Couture and returned to me?
All packages shipped/delivered to PlayMore Couture must have a valid return label clearly printed/written on the outside of the package. Any packages that arrive without a valid label will be refused and the carrier will return them to you. PlayMore Couture has the right to refuse any package or merchandise for the following reasons:
- No Return Label / Return Information
- Past the Standard 30-day Return/Exchange Policy or Posted Holiday Return Policy
- An Ineligible Return Item (See List Above)
- Unable to Accept Due to Condition of Item
- Not in Original Packaging
- A Clearance / Discounted Item
